This book takes you along the collection of decorative arts and design of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, presented in the Pierre Lassonde building. The publication takes up the general theme of the exhibition, The Imaginary of the Object, and offers an essay on the evolution of the decorative arts in the province of Quebec over the past sixty years, as well as a series of notes on the most important works in the collection.
